Sidewired Group operates sidewired.co.uk and sidewired.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect and why

We only collect what we actually need:

  Email address (waitlist and free resource)

  When you join our waitlist or request our free workplace guide, we collect your email address to send you the resource and notify you when we launch. We will not send you ongoing marketing without your separate consent.

  Legal basis: Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

  Name, company, and message (business enquiries)

  When you submit a business enquiry, we collect your name, company name, email address, and message in order to respond to your enquiry.

  Legal basis: Legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — responding to a business enquiry you have initiated.

How we store your data

Data submitted through our forms is stored in Notion (our internal workspace) and processed through Resend (our email delivery provider). Both are established services with their own privacy and security certifications.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not build profiles on you.

How long we keep your data

• —Waitlist emails — kept until we have sent the launch notification, or until you ask us to delete your entry, whichever comes first.
• —Business enquiries — kept for as long as is necessary to respond and follow up, then deleted. We do not retain enquiry data indefinitely.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• —Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• —Ask us to delete your data
• —Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
